To design and distribute a comprehensive, open-access, evidence-based curriculum that empowers Texas foster and kinship families with trauma-informed, growth-based caregiving practices to guide vulnerable children toward a thriving future. 

This initiative achieves its goal by synthesizing proactive mindset strategies with reactive psychological frameworks—specifically integrating Carol Dweck’s growth-oriented principles with Tedeschi & Calhoun’s Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG) and Selena Roepke’s Post-Ecstatic Growth (PEG) models. Through this integrated approach, the project delivers an open-access, evidence-based curriculum that equips foster, kinship, and adoptive families with the holistic caregiving tools necessary to navigate daily challenges, heal from trauma, celebrate milestones, and sustainably break generational cycles.
